Fábregas sobre los gritos racistas: "Se está siendo injusto con el Chelsea"

Cesc Fábregas ha afirmado que "se está siendo injusto con la afición" del Chelsea tras los gritos racistas que supuestamente, cuatro aficionados 'blues' le gritaron a Raheem Sterling.

Para el centrocampista español, el racismo en un problema que afecta al mundo del fútbol en general, y aunque lo condena, cree que es un problema que va mucho más allá de su club: "Desafortunadamente esto sucede en muchos lugares. Es cierto que lo sucedido este fin de semana, no podemos negarlo, pero señalar con el dedo a un club de fútbol por eso creo que es realmente injusto".

Lo cierto es que el club ha tenido que llamar al orden a varios aficionados por los cánticos antisemitas lanzados contra el presidente del Tottenham, Daniel Levy. Además ha expulsado a los cuatro aficionados que provocaron el incidente con el jugador del Manchester City.

Los insultos contra Sterling

Las imágenes recogidas por las cámaras mostraron cómo un grupo de seguidores del Chelsea le gritaban a Sterling mientras recuperaba el balón en una esquina del campo, y uno de ellos, supuestamente, se dirigió a él llamándole "negro".

Sterling, que a pie de campo apenas reaccionó, emitió un comunicado en su perfil de Instagram en el que denunciaba esta actitud y lanzaba un mensaje a los medios de comunicación que, según él, fomentan este tipo de comportamientos.

Good morning I just want to say , I am not normally the person to talk a lot but when I think I need my point to heard I will speak up. Regarding what was said at the Chelsea game as you can see by my reaction I just had to laugh because I don’t expect no better. For example you have two young players starting out there careers both play for the same team, both have done the right thing. Which is buy a new house for there mothers who have put in a lot of time and love into helping them get where they are, but look how the news papers get there message across for the young black player and then for the young white payer. I think this in unacceptable both innocent have not done a thing wrong but just by the way it has been worded. This young black kid is looked at in a bad light. Which helps fuel racism an aggressive behaviour, so for all the news papers that don’t understand why people are racist in this day and age all i have to say is have a second thought about fair publicity an give all players an equal chance.
