Maribel Rodríguez is one of the most influential women in Spain’s tourism sector, with over 25 years of experience in aviation, hospitality, and global tourism organizations. She held senior roles at Ryanair, British Airways, and Travelodge, and served as Senior Vice President of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), leading global summits and international strategy. In 2020, she founded Women Leading Tourism (WLT) to promote gender equality in a sector where women represent over 50% of the workforce but less than 25% of leadership roles.
